Reports show how each monitor performed over a period: availability, coverage, response times and incidents. Availability reports and CSV exports are on every plan; emailed scheduled reports need Starter or Team.
The Availability tab
Go to Reports. Under Report range, choose Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 365 days or Custom range (with From and To), then Show report. Ranges are aligned to whole UTC hours; ranges over 31 days use daily rollups. A report can cover up to 731 days, but only data still kept on your plan is included: 30 days of uptime history on Free, 180 days on Starter and 395 days on Team.
The Per monitor table shows:
- Availability: time up as a share of measured time. Paused time is excluded.
- Maintenance-adjusted: availability with time inside maintenance windows left out.
- Coverage: how much of the range has check results. Below 95% the report shows Insufficient data instead of claiming a figure.
- Latency p50 / p95 / p99: percentiles of successful check durations.
- Incidents, MTTR (mean time to recovery, from resolved incidents) and MTTA (mean time to acknowledge, from acknowledged incidents). Incidents still open at the end of the range are counted but left out of the averages.
Open How these numbers are calculated above the table for the exact definitions.
CSV export
Use Download CSV on the table or the CSV export panel: Availability per monitor (CSV) for the same figures, incidents for the range, and Raw check results (CSV) for one monitor or all monitors. Incident and raw-result exports need a range of 31 days or less; raw results are limited to 100,000 rows and to your plan's raw history (24 hours on Free, 72 hours on Starter, 7 days on Team). More exports are under Settings → Data export.
Scheduled email reports (Starter and Team)
- Add at least one shared Email destination under Integrations. Reports go only to email destinations of this workspace.
- Go to Reports → Scheduled reports and choose New schedule.
- Enter a Name and choose the Frequency: Weekly (previous Monday–Sunday) or Monthly (previous calendar month).
- Set the Timezone (an IANA name such as
Europe/Berlin); periods start at midnight in this zone. - Choose the Project, or Whole workspace.
- Under Recipients (email destinations, 1–20), tick the email destinations. Pending addresses are listed too and receive reports once they are confirmed.
- Keep Active ticked and choose Save schedule.
Reports cover the last complete period and are sent shortly after 01:00 in the schedule's time zone: on Mondays for weekly reports and on the 1st for monthly reports. The table shows Next run and Last sent. Choose Preview to see exactly what would be emailed for the last complete period.
The Usage tab
Reports → Usage shows how much of your plan you use: monitors, heartbeats, seats, status pages and more. Warnings appear at 80%, 95% and 100%. Nothing is charged automatically: at a limit, new items are refused or paused, never billed as overage.
Troubleshooting
- A monitor shows Insufficient data: it has check results for less than 95% of the range, usually because it is new or was paused. Pick a shorter range.
- A scheduled report did not arrive: check that the recipient email destination is verified and not paused under Integrations, and that the schedule is Active.
- "Reports go to this workspace's email destinations": only shared email destinations can be recipients. Personal destinations and other types (such as Slack) cannot receive reports.
