Uptime Tracker sends requests to the systems you configure and messages to the people you choose. To keep that safe for everyone, you agree not to use the Service to:
- Monitor, probe or load-test systems you do not own or are not authorized to test, or check them more often than their operators allow.
- Attempt denial of service, vulnerability scanning, credential stuffing or any intrusion, or use checks to reach internal or private networks (our probes refuse private addresses; do not try to bypass that).
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through alerts, SMS, status-page subscriptions or invitations, or subscribe people to status pages without their consent.
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content on status pages or incident updates, or impersonate another organization.
- Store others' credentials or personal data in the Service without authorization.
- Interfere with the Service, circumvent plan limits, rate limits or security controls, or share accounts to evade limits.
- Resell the Service except as expressly allowed in writing.
Enforcement
We may pause monitors, disable destinations or suspend accounts that violate this policy, with notice where reasonable. Serious or repeated violations can lead to termination without refund.
Reporting abuse
If you believe our probes are reaching your systems without authorization, or you received unwanted messages through the Service, email [email protected] with the details (target, time, and the request's User-Agent if available). We will investigate promptly.
