Seats per plan
| Plan | Login seats | Guest viewers | Projects |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | None | 1 |
| Starter | 2 | None | 3 |
| Team | 10 | 20 | 10 |
Login seats include the owner, admins, operators, viewers and billing managers. Pending invitations hold a seat until they are accepted, revoked or expire.
Roles
- Owner: full control, including purchasing, changing or cancelling the plan and deleting the workspace.
- Admin: everything except billing ownership: members, settings, monitors.
- Operator: create and change monitors, incidents, maintenance and integrations. Can be on call.
- Viewer: read-only access to the workspace.
- Billing manager: billing, invoices and the alert wallet.
- Guest (client viewer): read-only access to exactly one project. Uses a guest seat, not a login seat. Team only.
Invite someone
Go to Team & projects. Under Invite someone, enter the Email address, choose a Role and the Project access (All projects or Only one project), and choose Send invitation. The invitee signs in with that address to accept. You can revoke a pending invitation at any time.
Projects
Projects group monitors and limit what restricted members and guests can see. For example, an agency can create one project per client. Quotas stay pooled across the workspace, so projects do not split your monitor allowance. Recurring maintenance schedules can also target a whole project.
Guests for clients
Guests are client viewers. They are read-only, limited to exactly one project, and cannot acknowledge incidents or be on call. When inviting a guest, choose the project they may see. Team includes 20 guest seats on top of the 10 login seats.
If your plan shrinks
If you downgrade to a plan with fewer seats, the owner and the oldest memberships keep access. Other members' seats are disabled, not deleted, and come back when capacity returns.
Audit log
On Team, Settings → Audit log records changes made in the workspace, such as member and monitor changes. Every user can see their own security events under Settings → Account.
